Quick tip: If you and a colleague live nearby and work at the same IT park, splitting an SUV package between two people makes it cheaper than individual sedan bookings. We set this up for a few groups in Baner, and it works well.
We keep backup drivers. If your regular driver can't make it, we inform you the night before and send someone else. The backup driver gets your pickup location, timing, and route details in advance. This happens maybe 2-3 times a month at most. We've never had a situation where we couldn't send someone. Worst case, the backup driver reached 5-10 minutes later than the usual guy.
Let's say there's a public holiday or you're working from home. Just message your driver or call us. If you skip more than 4 days in a month, we do a pro-rata adjustment on your next month's bill. Monthly packages cover weekdays (Monday to Saturday, 26 days). If you need a Sunday pickup, that's booked separately, with the same driver if he's available and a backup if not. Sunday rides are charged per trip, not added to the monthly package. Keeps it fair for people who only work 5 days.
